Spanish Cooking Class in The Springs

The Springs held a Spanish Cooking class with Luis Soriano from maintenance. Louis is from Puerto Rico and cooked Puerto Rican Tostones (Fried Plantains). This is served as a side dish during most Puerto Rican meals! Residents enjoyed the scent of the Spanish spices and the Salsa music in the background to complete the class!
