Michael Perillo, Dining Services Manager
I was born and raised in Long Island, New York. I moved to Pennsylvania as a young teen and began to fall in love with the Philadelphia sports scene. I started my professional career working in a pizza shop and quickly became fascinated with the culinary world. I switched gears and began working as a server in the dining room at Twining Village, a retirement community in Holland, PA. I remained there throughout high school, and after a brief stint at Villanova University, decided to pursue a full time career at Twining Village. After moving into an assistant manager position for several years, I decided to move on to a position at Ann’s Choice, a continuing care retirement community in Warminster, PA. After almost 10 years serving several positions, including the last 5+ years as Service Manager, I’ve decided to expand my experience and work at The Watermark at Logan Square. I believe I bring a strong concentration of service and accountability to this new position. I like to work efficiently and bring out the best in those working around me. I fully believe that to be successful in this particular industry, you have to understand that as employees, we are all guests in our residents’ home. I look forward to bringing my talents to The Watermark at Logan Square and to developing personal relationships with its residents, all while striving to consistently deliver exceptional customer service on a consistent basis. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Barbara, and our 3 cats, and occasionally getting in rounds of golf whenever I’m not watching my favorite culinary television shows or sports programs.
