One Month of Wellness Tips

Week 1: You should get at least 30 minutes of aerobic activity 5 times per week. You don’t have to get it all at once either, three 10 minute sessions a day will work too.

Week 2: Physical activity is a key factor in healthy aging.

Week 3: Regular physical activity is as important to keeping your heart healthy as brushing and flossing are to keeping your teeth healthy.

Week 4: High fiber foods, like branbased cereals and whole grain breads are great! Fiber also prevents the body from absorbing some of the fat and calories from your food.
