“Delicious Entertaining” Cooking Class with Chef Elsa

We are pleased to announce one of newest classes to the Watermark University curriculum – Cooking Class with Sous Chef Elsa.

Sous Chef Elsa’s first cooking class in the Summer Series featured two light and easy salads, Strawberry & Goat Cheese with Mixed Greens and Cous Cous with Mint and Tomato.

These salads don’t only sound delicious, but they tasted amazing as well!
